You are killing it, just like that BLOOM model I bought that promosed TPS but has DPS menus.

Bepno, im having issue mostly cause im new to all this and still learning but for the life of me i can not see where the "neck armature is by following your steps all i see in the inspector is (from top to bottom) "transform", "Skinned mesh renderer", Blush, Eyes, Accessories, Metal, FacePlain, and Hair. last option being add componet. no where under body do i see neck maybe thats the issue with the floating head but idk any help would be great thanks a bunch

As a quality of life thing, if you want to (or anybody who has followed those steps), maybe upload the fixed version (if it's possible) for the people who have no idea what they're doing or are... too lazy to follow the steps.

Found a fix for it, on the head part of the armature, right click and create empty, go to the body item above bodysuit and bodytorso where the shaders are, in that inspector menu drag the gameobject you created under the neck armature onto the root bone of "body" from there move and rotate the game object you just made under head until it sits perfectly on top of the neck. Like someone said there might be a few missing features but for those without blender knowledge this works perfectly if you dont mind some missing features. blinking and gesture expressions and speaking still works and thats all I care about for the head anyways. The only issue with this is the hair wont have physics but for some that might not be an issueIgnore me saying neck armature I meant head

Cloaker, Ok unfortunately Fortniteplayer6969 is right the head is not at all weight painted and I have ZERO blender knowledge when it comes to weight paint this upload is fucked. But you could just move the body mesh to the head in unity and it wouldn't be broken, but most of the features for the head will not work. I guarantee that is what Choker did and never actually fixed it. All he did was just put the head there and remade the animations.

For everyone looking for a fix:

In terms of "simple" or "easy" fixes, i dont think there is one. The issue i found was it completely lacked Weight Painting data on the head. You'd have to remake the weight paint.

If i am wrong, please correct me! and help everyone out by telling us please (dont being a pompous like choker)

I saw those people on the creators discord aswell with no proper answer to a problem.
I tried bone rooting/Parenting in unity the other idea i got from other creators was an issue with weightpainting in blender and i have no idea about blender ngl imma not even attempt that
Bone parenting didn't seem to do much either
I Have also tried mergings the "body" with "bodytorso" which didn't work out either
I have no more ideas on how to fix it myself and the 4 avatar creators either never saw this or just refered to the first two ideas stated above
I work enough during the week to not have the energy and willpower to sit a whole weekend on one avatar to find a fix for a problem i will most likely never encounter again ngl

PS: If this Break_My_Choker guy could stfu that would be nice if i wanna hear stupid shit that gets me nowhere i talk to my coworkers

I totally get where you are coming from, but I'll gladly throw my hat into the ring here cuz your replies are kinda goofy.

It takes 2 seconds to list a source to an explanation that shows what you did or at least about the issue to give direction. I don't believe anyone is asking you to fix it for them (which is far more "spoon feeding" than many other things you could do). Someone asking for reference what you did to fix something is totally not spoon feeding and the fact that you think so is pretty small dick energy.

Whether you choose to give a source that talks about the issue or not is up to you but you put more effort into whining (can't really say that it isn't whining when you send such a long message) about people disputing the fact you fixed it than it would have taken to say "Do this, this and this. if you don't know what this means, ask someone with more skill than you. I'm not here to fix the issue for you."

Also this is coming from someone with a bit more than basic unity knowledge and enough blender knowledge that fixing it with a bit of direction would be easy enough. Google searching found pretty much nothing and looking in the original creator's discord there have been at least 2 people who asked there with no knowledgeable responses. Got a few other people I could try asking but oh well.

And to other people who are having issues; If I find a source and this dude doesn't send a source of some sort with info on fixing it I'll reply again with it. Don't bother replying to me. Ill send it if and when lol.

avatar has been repaired with some minutes of work. (with knowledge) read the documentation on uploading a vrchat avatar.... watch some videos on youtube instead of crying to me you can't fix 3 things.

Bounds on the heads all wonky. I'm pretty sure ark has an updated version of the avi on his gumroad for it. and yes Break_My_Choker,the "fix" you posted can be achieved by just swapping around some values here and there and making it "look" alright in the editor. If you really had a 5 minute fix, you'd just tell us instead of going through the effort to reply to several comments "gatekeeping" Show us an in game screenshot where you crouch or something xd

francium83, check his gumroad, or with whoever gave you the link for it, and have them send you an updated one, then update it here, if it isn't too much trouble.

Not gonna take the hour to make a tutorial, but if you redownload the package from the gumroad page it should work just fine, just update the package here.

if you obtained it through someone else, ask them to RE-Download it and send it to you.
it takes about 5 minutes to fix.
I also took 3 minutes to make LUCKY a quest package until you get quest uploaded.
EDIT: there may also be an issue with the avatar the creator has not fixed yet.
if you check the creators discord about some possible issues you may find an announcement or something about the avatar being broken.
