    The description is from the avatar creators page on gumroad for the avatar, the person who uploaded it here may not know what else it needs. Usually SDK, shader (I use poi pro for most of mine), Dps, then package works. If shaders look wonky in unity then try another one until you get the look you like for them Galaaxy_,
