BoostedRain,
I'd assume the import order for the files would be:

1. VRChat SDK 3.0
2. Shader (Poi Toon and / or Poi Pro)
3. Nia - Valentine Unity Package
4. Remove blueprint id (if there is one)
5. Log into the 3.0 SDK with your VRChat info and upload with the Windows build as normal :-)

If all goes well, the avi should upload just fine.
