What did he tell you? There are 5~ people writing under each model. "give a quest", "you owe us one more model" etc....
So what is wrong with you all, no one should or is obligated to give you anything. For you a long time ago made a bunch of guides even on the wiki how to convert to the quest, even a full-fledged script for this is (VRCQuestTools) and all that ... But you're still sitting there demanding that someone out there give you a quest version.
Show some kindness and do the quest yourself. After all, it's not hard. And don't throw 10+ complaints in every post. That you were not given a version of the quest. Be people, not animals.
