Hey! It's actually a pretty easy fix, no need to worry. Conversion of an avi to quest can seem overcomplicated.

All you need to do is delete some assets. My suggestion would be deleting hue shifting stuff if the avi has it since that doesn't work on quest anyway. And maybe small accessories as well.
