Its in the pckg, on the top left of unity, under ERROR PC, is ERROR QUEST, just clikc on that, and then on the right side of your screen check the box, it should appear.

AKYA,
There's a way to fix this. If you open up the fx for the avatar in the animator tab you need to shut off the masks and reupload. The hands work find afterward. Here's a tutorial to help out:

To open the animator tab go to "Window" then under animation select "Animator" and it should open up blank. Afterward you need to go back and click on your avi, scroll down and find fx. Then click through everything relating to hands. If it has an "M" click on it and switch it to "None". All should work well after.
