Just import Raiiv Dynamic Penitation System and then go to the Raiiv Dynamic Penitation System folder and go to PLUGINS and extract the Raiiv Dynamic Penitation System package in that folder and you're done.

If this is downloaded as a rar, i forgot if it is, you need to go to a Rar to unity converter.

I think maybeee it will turn into a zip instead? Just use the asset converter for that or something if that is the case.

After this, you insert it like any normal package, but because the textures are all purple, you will need to use something like Poiyomi. Go into the hierarchy, and press every single thing and in the bottom right, you then scroll down until you see "shaper" and it will say some sort of error shader. Just press that and then pick a shaper whether VRChat -> Mobile -> and whatever you pick, or just poiyomi toon or something else. After you did all this then it literally is fine since the textures show now.

You'd probably need to go to the hierarchy, click on EVERY little thing, and then press the shaders/textures blah blah and change them from the "error" texture to something else, I'd recommend using poi textures.Actually I take that ALL BACK!!!!!
