Stormyvr,

That's a perfectly easy fix.

What you'll do is find Window in the top area. Click Window>Amination>Animator.

Once you have the animator tab open. click on your avi and scroll till you find their fx. Double click their fx and it'll open up in the animator tab

For "AllParts", "RightHand" and "LeftHand" you'll see that there is an M next to their names. What you'll do is click the gear icon on each one and switch this to "NONE"

Afterward, upload and the hands should be fixed. If you need more assistance feel free to comment and I can try and assist.
