Darksol1, If you're using the creator companion, don't add an SDK. There is already one located in the package because the companion adds it automatically now. If it's not the case, check the import screen, there might be an SDK in the avatar package itself. Just uncheck the sdk folder, and if there is a packages folder, uncheck that as well.

Atomic Beauty, I used creator companion but it keeps failing to upload into vrchat. Its talking about the sdk base and im so confused i tried detaching the pipline manager but that didnt work either.

So, I found the issue with why it's so slow to upload into VRChat... the Katana prefab in the avatar has "hundreds of particle systems," according to the creator of the Katana, and every particle is counted as a material. I took off the Katana as I don't need it (I'm desktop,) and it finished in like 15 minutes.

Eithelyyia, You are quite correct actually. The compiling is taking quite a long time. I thought you were talking about the import. The import was a breeze compared to the actual compiling. It's worth the wait, but oh my. lol

Eithelyyia, Oh I used creator companion. They upgraded it quite nicely. I also use the most recent poiyomi I can find, usually always, and just uncheck the poiyomi if it's in the package before clicking import. Just make sure the avatar also doesn't have the old SDK, as the creator companion puts it in already! :)

Eithelyyia, I didn't have that issue, it loaded in within like 5 minutes for me. I'm currently customizing her and changing some of the coloring. I love the black but I feel like everyone is going to go for it, maybe gunna do a rainbow.

darkdante6, Mine is taking a WHILE. The shaders are taking a really long time to compile for some reason. I gave up after leaving it to upload and 800/2600 shaders compiled in that time. The upload would take 4+ hours. Idk what's going on.
