    Eldritch, Oh, right, I completely foregot about the "claw" issue ... in the settings of allparts, left and right hand layers delete the layer, delete "Mask" field to none and go thoug all left and right hand gestures and delete motions if they are standard "proxy_hands..."

    For the lack of expressions, this prefab does contain only 2 animations as expressions (tongue out (on left hand peace) and happy closed eyes (on left hand idle)) .. if you want more, you have to make those animations yourself and assign them to the gesture .. its not really difficult, I recommend to take a look on video "VRChat Avatar 3.0 Tutorial - Adding Facial Expressions to your Avatar" by Sippbox - he also does the fix me describing above in 1:46 - 2:05

    I did the fixes but the left hand don't fully open now and the expressions don't work even if the fingers move

    Really love this avatar but i miss using expressions to communicate

    SkyDancer, with the texture swap, you are almost there, revert the changes (remove the multiplier and uncheck the parameter box) and double click the "Blend Tree" in the motion box. There you need to change the "GestureLeftWeight" (or Right, dont remember) to "Accessories Swap" parameter.

    As for the "Blendshape" issue, if you are referring to eye bones, I have just noticed what do you mean. The only thing I can think of is to change the default values (Looking Straight) into non 0 values and modify the other values from them. For my preview worked following:
    X: -89.98022
    Y: 179.8774
    Z: 0
    It aint perfect, but thats all I can think of what can be done in Unity. Other than that, it would have to be taken into Blender and fixed the default bone rotation/positions there.

    iiAshley101, to fix the swap, you have to go to FX layer, parameters and rename "New Float" to "Accessories Swap", then go to layers of FX, click Accessories Swap layer, Blend Tree button, double click blend Tree in the inspector and make sure, that it uses "Accessories Swap" parameter - it also fixes the hand gesture texture switching.

    In case, that you also have issue with face expressions being "stuck" after used, goto left hand layer and for all expressions, including Idle, disable "Motion time" and check "Write defaults" .. finally, do the same for right hand

    iiAshley101, its a poorly updated 2.0 avi, so its normal. you'd have to do a full remake of the entire menu + gestures

    ''Accessories swap'' isn't working, and when you do hand gestures in the game it swaps the arm warmer texture. Not sure if this is just a me problem or not.
