I must say it is comical that Kim is so butthurt about people downloading his models for free, yet for the entirety of 2018-2019 he used stolen assets he did not own nor had permission to re-sell, stuff that he kitbashed into models and sold it.

That is far scummier than just pirating a model, you're straight up making money off of someone else's work at that point.

But yeah, I wasn't going to download the model because it has that generic overused face but now I might as well.

There's a saying that's perfect for this situation:

Please calm down it's really not that deep. and comparing a vrchat avatars to an actual necessity such house, food. those are things you need to survive in this world, and should not be compared to an avatar on some game. I can understand why your upset this person worked hard on their avatar, and thats something to be upset about. but fighting online in the comment section of a website is not the way to go, avatars should not be taken this seriously.. that you'll fight on a random website.. The model will probably get dmca'd so there is no reason to argue with someone who doesn't agree with you. Vrchat is an online game, I'm not saying leaking is okay but people will do it no matter how you feel about it, but if you are that upset about it you need to get off the website. Its unhealthy to focus so much energy on something you know will just piss you off.

Because its sketchy for a creator to comment on avatars on the site and not even know how to take said avatars down. They probably use the site too and dont admit it.
And threatening legal action is silly especially since most creators who threaten legal action probably make enough to be considered commiting tax evasion like oiniigirii and cupkake for example.

I find it funny yall have moral superiority even though you are also using the site for the intended purposes. But its awful that someone doesnt want to spend $35 on something that might be used once in a while right?

Kim is one of the FEW creators that I don't know and I appreciate their work, because it's good and for a good price. You have NO way of telling me that you don't have 35$ bucks laying around. It's LITERALLY change money now a days.

I'm not judging you or trying to be rude, but the avatar itself is VERY well made with tons of options, colors and custom stuff.

I don't think you did right in any way by leaking this. If it was a trash avatar, with ripped assets and if they put the avatar for 60$ like some of the trash creators do, then yes, go ahead and leak that bitch.

But sadly, this is one of the creators that care about what they make. Sadly it got leaked by you. Again, I don't judge, we are all humans and we all fuck up.
I just feel bad for the creator, that's all.

Ok so only mods can delete or edit posts. You want it down? File a dmca. Youd know that if you actually tried to remove your avatars properly. As for legality, you need real names and a lot of proof of the theft. So im gonna press doubt here you use the site like everyone else lmao
