    I'm so in love with this avatar it uploaded great but the hair moves weird, if you care enough to edit it too here's some help. At the hierarchy (the left) go through the armature till you find spine and look for the hair + strands and under integration on inspector (on the right, when you click on a hair piece) and mess with the pull etc. what seems to work for me is, 0.5 for pull, 0.14 for the momentum and 0.01 for stiffness.

    Blep, she does, it's just hidden behind a blendshape for some reason. If you click on the body, click down the blendshape menu, scroll all the way down, you'll fin a blendshape called pants and that's what triggers it.
