tesuquin, search for the face material and change it to a diferent shader or make ot transparent and with the hands u can fix them by going into the animatior , hands then klick on the gear

i was able to upload these easily, but with shiro for some reason whenever i gesture with open hands (like to wave) two rectangles appeared on her cheeks. anyone know the solution?

There is, you drag the prefabs into the scene. You get three options for each file. I had no issues uploading. If you can't find a scene, always drag the correct prefab into the scene. It will work the same

It's just a preview scene. No unity file to upload into vrc. Why upload an avi if its missing things like that?
