GrimMenace, hi! im not entirely sure what your problem might be. make sure you are clicking "delete unselected components" after unclicking the physbones and make sure you remove some colliders as well. I was able to turn him quest by reducing the size of most of the textures individually and removing the dps stuff as well as deleting a few unnecessary accessories and the toggles for them? other than that im not sure, i apologize

BrxkenAlpha, How did you convert him to quest? I've tried a few times but it kept telling me there was 233 physbones and such connected yet I got rid of most of them?

BigTeddy, It seems like you may have altered either the FX layer, or the Parameters. I would double check and make sure that they are the correct ones and that you opened the avatar scene as most avatars come with a prebuilt scene. I personally had zero issues with him.

Warlicker, When uploading most avatars you usually always want:

1. Most current Poiyomi that you can get,
2. DPS (if you want it),
3. Creator Companion or the most recent VRCSDK
4. Dynamic bones if the avatar needs it.

Most creators if you need something else will include what it is on the store's page.

Ok so problems for me when uploading so putting this here in case it affects anyone else, all clothes are toggled on by default, shoes are stuck and its toggles dont work, tie toggles are broken, ink drip toggle is broken (so you'll constantly be dripping ink), gun doesnt fire but plays sound effect, and all physbone contacts are broken, so unable to move/take off hat, tie doesnt undo, pp doesnt spawn in when opening the pants. Not sure if its from me importing wrong if its just from this file

i hope there will be a quest version
