For those struggling to upload this avatar:

1: Create a new Unity project (DO NOT use the Creator Companion; use the Unity Hub)
2: Import the VRCSDK3 unity package that is packaged in the download file (use WinRAR or 7Zip to extract the files from the .rar file)
3: Import the Poi_Toon unity package
4: Import the Rosie avatar unity package
5: Open the OPEN ME folder and drag the Open Me! scene into the Hierachy
6: Click on the version of the avatar you wish to use (L/R Hand)
7: Scroll to the bottom of the Inspector and Dettach the Blueprint ID in the Pipeline Manager
8: Upload the avatar as normal: VRChat SDK (top of screen); Show Control Panel; log in; Auto Fix error in Builder; click Build & Publish for Windows; add name and save

Ta-Da!

the avatar is great! but the hands remain in a claw position and im struggling to fix it

I've tried to upload, and it's saying some prefab error or something wrong with the blueprint ID.

can anyone help me ?

Mind telling me what you deleted? I'm pretty lost with this model ;-;

this package is wild, had to delete so much to get it 2 upload. ty tho!
