I have found a way to download the broken one. Had to put it through a google drive direct link generator. It works for now Right here , but I am not the author so I cannot guarantee it will work forever. But I am archiving the file, so let me know if you need reupload!

How do I convert the .mat files for the texture to png??

edit: found png files. You must look in "textures". not "materials". rookie mistake.
