Steps to get the sexy cat on your VRCHAT
1. Make sure you have the VRC creator companion installed: https://vrchat.com/home/download. From there you should be able to make a new avatar file.
2. Once you have unity up, open up NileVRCv1.0CC.unitypackage. It should import into your project now.
3. Sign into VRCHAT within the console in your unity project
4. Locate the NileVRC *Project* file in your assets, and open it.
5. Once open, click on the NileVRC file on your hierarchy
6. On your right tab, now click on inspector. And find the pipeline manager script. Make sure to click the detach button.
7. You should now be able to upload.
