Tsukilove, go into the file, extract it wherever you want and then go into that extracted file. Up above you, go to 'view' and then go to 'file extensions', check that and go back to the extracted folder.

You have to go to the avatar packages and remove any extension that prevents the package from being a unity package. Your package should end in a .unity, not anything else.

Once you save that change, it should change the package type back to unity and it'll work as intended!
