goblin bitxh, Reimport package with avi, but import everything that included, goloco too. For me it lost all toggles because i exclude goloco when was importing so it automatically was replaced by goloco main all menu, with only goloco inside, because i tried put my own goloco instead of included. Don't repeat my mistakes lol, just import whole package

vs1eeqy, use VRCQuesttools on the PC side and than do a few texture compressions. Should work if it's not a massive model

jaydaka, its a shader issue, might be using the wrong shader or an outdated one, I recommend poi pro
