Okay, so for those having issues:

First, use VCC, when you go to use it, set up the Gesture Manager via VCC because the prefab is missing.

Second, if you are having an issue getting her to upload because the buttons are greyed out, find which model you want out of the three skin tones and disable the other two.

If you cannot get it to work past that, check your Poi files and make sure to do a little research into your error codes.

so gestures are broken from what I can tell because the animator was not set on any of the versions of model so when you set it up to upload click the one you want to find animator it will say missing hit the symbol on right of that spot and find the FX that comes from the KMT project I did then tested it in gesture manager and the gestures worked

dragonkingraylo, Having an issue with the gesture manager not wanting to work after download and loading up to the scene. The gesture manager is not set up properly after uploading.

If anyone has gotten this to work, can you please advise on how to fix this issue?

Maybe find the folder with all the textures, press Ctrl + A to select all of them, and in the Inspector, check the Crunch Compression box? I think after that it will hopefully upload. Pretty sure you can upload past the texture limit anyway, but it never hurts to not force other people’s computers into cardiac arrest.

im having issues with it. the texture file says its over 333mb and the max is 150mb. im not talented enough to edit that in unity.

if its missing the gesture manager prfab just download the gesture manager and apply it like you do the avatar

Ranekk, Some people add it as it resonates with them and their experience. You can always change it, as I know some people don't like that.

Nio_KBX5463, same issue of having sh scars? umm well you just need to grab the skin texture and edit it, either by colouring in the things you dont want or add what you do want.
find the skin material and replace the image with the custom one

Ranekk, as someone that has sh scars, i edit most of my avis and add them in myself, so im kinda happy someone else adds them

you can always just cover them or edit the texture to get rid of them
