A broken avatar, A problem with the material, with the skin, accessories cannot be turned off, the hair color does not change, I do not know about the eyes because the bandage and glasses cannot be removed.
plus, there are only emotions in it, you can change the color of neon on clothes if you fix the materials and dps work.
The verdict is that the avatar is terribly stolen and not completely repaired.

I think it has to do with how good your computer is. I have a great gaming PC and it still lagged my computer out for a little while loading all the textures in. I imagine if I was using like a random laptop or something, it definitely would have crashed right then.
