Normal version and DPS version are both included in the unity package so if you want DPS import it!
How to import with Creator Companion (This is what I used I really recommend!)
Download Creator Companion Via https://vrchat.com/home/download
Create a new project with the Creator Companion - Open this project and it will open up unity for you.
Import Poiyomi 7.3.5 , You can obtain it here: https://github.com/poiyomi/PoiyomiToonShader/releases/tag/V8.1.163
[ OPTIONAL ] - Import DPS if you are wanting DPS - DPS is a paid add on and was not included. You can purchase it: https://raliv.gumroad.com/l/lwthuB
Import Ash, Open up the !ASH! folder and click the Ash icon that looks like the unity icon.
Locate where it says "VRHCAT SDK" at the top of your unity, and click on " SHOW CONTROL PANEL" - Log into your VRCHAT account and then build and publish your avatar. Complete.

How to import Unity (Should still possible but I really recommend the above)
Open a new unity project
Import VRChat SDK
Import any kind of Poyomi
Import the avatar package
