IF YOU'RE NEW TO UNITY:
Any pink/broken material in game? Be sure that the material has poiyomi toon selected, and unlock it and lock it manually before the upload
Can't upload the avi? Detach the blueprint before upload
Use the VRCC COMPANION to import the avi in unity
The DPS is not included in the package, you need to import it in the project with the avi. Delete the poiyomi folder and import poiyomi pro to make it work.

not going to lie bunch of you are liars saying it works it doesn't work done everything that is said to do to upload it and it did not work how about you learn to download and upload it and Avatar correctly without any files breaking

Make sure to detach blueprint ID from the avatar before hitting upload, or else it will just prefab error.

Detaching blueprint ID should fix any prefab errors, and if you included your own POI import to the project when you go to import the avi file you'll want to untick the box for poi shaders before you import the avi file. I didnt have any issues uploading this avi.
