    Late reply, but in assets, search for "stella fxx". Make sure Stella 1.5 is selected and on the right side where Inspector is, you'll see a sub-section named "VRC Avatar Descriptor (Script). Under the section labled "Base", drag the "stella fxx" into the FX section and it'll work.
