the model looks pixelated like other earlier models from this author, possibly an early version of the model, but in the screenshots a later one

chesssychess, The issue is with the mesh compression. Some idiot turned it to "high". Maybe in some loose attempt to optimize this avatar, who knows. Click on the FBX, navigate to the inspector tab, click Model at the top, and find the section labeled Mesh Compression. Change it to off

Noticed there was an avatar expressor script that was throwing errors because it had a poi.exe. I fixed the pink textures, then deleted the script by searching for it and it uploaded fine! Thank you anon!

I managed to upload the full version just fine, yes you do need to make sure shaders are not pink with some other than that it was a straight forward upload.

unable to upload i use cc i imported the latest poipro and rdps. i made sure anything pink was working again, autofixed the streaming maps. but when hitting build and upload it was showing me errors and refused to upload, i couldnt find the problem. beutifull avi so im sad i couldnt figure it out.
