Description
Medusa the Gorgon, the only previously mortal amongst the sisters, was forsaken by the Gods and humanity itself when she had a love affair with Poseidon. She was cursed with a head of snakes instead of hair and was hunted and killed by the hero Perseus. One thing she was known for was her incomparable beauty.
