EmiRozina, yeah, VRCQuestTools does all of those steps automagically, just in case you were unaware (except for the physbone removal, but it's made simpler by giving you a list to choose from). Perfectly fine to do it yourself if you know what you're doing though.

how i made this quest able, was just import the model via another project, swap all mats to whatever mobile vrc shader and then go to the avi's textures and make them 1k
and finally remove bones as needed, thats just me tho, copy pipeline from your pc model and paste it into your quest upload and upload boom done, i had to do more bc i added alot to the model and added a salazzle skin swap, all my models are quest able bc i hate leaving ppl out~

KixRacc, technically it's always possible, but you'll get varying results and qualities. You can try VRCQuestTools (free), and Polytool (not free) to attempt to get it working. Also, visit the avatar's VRchat link after uploading it to PC and use the Imposters beta feature to make a crappy quest version of the avatar if you're feeling lazy. Just one click and done.

to upload the model, click on the pipeline manager the three dots. remove component. boom should upload.
