Justaguy985, i’m sadly not since i customized the colors to my liking, but i can try to give you a stepbystyep, really all you have to do is delete textures that aren’t being used and downsize the textures that ARE being used, including the icons for the menu. then delete some phys and you’re good to go. use quest tools to get rid of physbones.DontMindMe1234, i set the compressions at low for everything minus the face body tail tail mask and body mask (i’m using the masks for emissions) and set the compression slider thing to 100, again i don’t know why you’re have issues that i never encountered. also try to make A NEW PROJECT!!! that’s usually an issue for a lot of people. a new project with the fury (i always add gesture manager to see what toggles do and don’t work). then import ONLY the avatar package and start changing shaders to Vrchat them Mobile shaders (for particles/transparents it’s better to set it to vrchat mobile particles and addictive (the first one i can’t remember it right now). I’ve been converting PC avis to quest for a good while bc i’m sometimes not happy with the original quest version. I hope these help!

Drol390, I recommend using VRCFaceTracking-Templates by Adjerry91 on GitHub for this, it will only work if it has either SRanipal, ARkit, or UnifiedExpressions Blend Shapes. This can be verified by checking the Body mesh/head mesh Blend Shapes. If the head & body aren't merged together, the Blend Shapes will be where the visemes are. The instructions are under Packages>VRCFT - Jerry's Templates in PDF format. The Blend Shape naming you will be looking for will be under the "Prerequisites" of the instructions named "Face Tracking Converion" in spreadsheet format. I hope this helps & the Blend Shapes are there, I've attached an example setup.

Sakura hina, I didnt have the delete half the things, i have experience w/converting avis, all i did was delete some unused textures, downsize some textures, and remove some physbones.DontMindMe1234, the only things that arent gonna be quest unless you manually do it are hueshifts and the SPS isnt compatible with quest, like DPS
