edotbaby, Look for "DickRigged" in the left side hierarchy where you see all the assets and clothes etc. once selected find the "scale" on the right side window change the X, Y & Z to 0.01 and it should work just fine.

Writing this here incase anyone else has any issues
when uploading regarding sps or vrcfury make sure the X , Y , Z Scale on "DickRigged" in the armature are all set to .01
you should be able to upload afterwards. :)
i used 2022 vcc not sure if that made much of a difference, it uploaded fine for me.
