Under the hierarchy, click on "Grant". On the right side of the screen you'll see his vrc avatar descriptor.

Scroll down the descriptor and under the playable layers section, find gesture, it'll say it's missing, hit the x next to it to remove it.

arTr12, i don't know what file you're looking for. if it's the gesture thing, then you just need to click on "Grant" in the scene, look to the right side of unity for the vrc avatar descriptor component, it'll have different sections for eyes, blendshapes, etc. Find the playable layers section and look at the gesture row, it'll say the manager is missing, just click on that space and hit delete or the click the x on the far right of the row. Sorry I don't do discord, I can dm you a screenshot if you'd like.

Hoogaflooga343, i posted it but all u have to do is remove the missing gesture manager under the playable layers. i couldn't find it in the prefab, so unless u can find it, just removing the missing one fixed it for me.

The hands is an easy fix looks like, if you notice under the playable layers the gesture manager is missing, just remove it. Doesn't look like the prefab game with it, or the thumbnail.
