Nannocat22, taking things off of the avi, unnecessary stuff like bandages/chains/other accessories like that; also messing with the textures of some things and downscaling them, making the overall avatar MB size lower as well.
I'm not an expert but these are just some things I do, hope this helps and make sure to look things up for extra guidance!

@ツJoJo999ツ lower the res of each texture file used on the model, including the texture files for icons. This greatly reduces the upload size. Click on a texture, and look at the inspector window, scroll down and you'll see compression settings at the bottom.

@_Sushiii did you detach the avatar id on the pipeline manager? If it already has

when your done importing quest don't drag a drop the first open me project go to the avatars files below assets and open the one with the avatars name.
