Description
The Necronynx are a subterranean species who live beneath the Shattered Sands, a glimmering crystal desert occupying the south western corner of Arcanthea.
A species spoken of mostly in hushed, frightened whispers due to their appearance and necromatic tendencies, the Necronynx live in deep, dark caverns, navigating their twists and turns with their shining eyes and flowing back tendrils.
Their mouthed tails possess a linked, but independent consciousness of their own, and can closely mimic almost any sound; an ability often used to draw in prey.
Although feared and complicated, the Necronynx are not inherently evil, and can be reasoned with, although their previous interactions have made them warry of other species.
