Fostoria, for the quest version, I had the error "uncompressed avatar is too large for the target platform"

To solve this I clicked the "body" in the hierarchy, you can click any asset really under the avatar name, and then on the right in the inspector you will see "Mesh" under the section "Skinned Mesh Renderer". Click on the name of the mesh (for example if you clicked Body, you will see the mesh named Body in the mesh slot). This will take you to the actual FBX. Scroll all the way up and click the "Alice".

On the right you will see "Mesh Compression" just do Medium and scroll down and hit Apply. Try reuploading for quest, I was able to upload for quest once I had done this.
