Mrbean22222, if you other avis in a project it can have a chance to mess the files up. try making a separate project if you havent.

Mrbean22222, There is a add on in the top where u would look for the sdk its called Dor thats where the avatar is

The avatar toggies are all broken.

When clicking on the model scene, it is empty.

After finding the Dor file, i get the Error : Unable to Open - Check external application preferences, any one else getting this? or am I missing something or maybe need a unity re-install?

@WamoBLAM447, You'll find Dor at the top where it says file, edit, assets, etc. It's right next to Poi. Click that,than it will ask you if you want to import. click yes, and it will basically bring you down a menu with the options of which version you want, after it installed the dependencies. Like the Main, the Face-tracking and the Optimized version.

Yeah Dor setup seems to not work or appear in the hierarchy when i open the scene, if i go into the folder it tells me to check external application preferences and prefabs should still show up in the assets but are no where to be found?

look up there should be "Dor" click on it then it installed all the stuff u need and after that u can choose the avi .
