I will do a detailed thing on how I did it since I can see how this is confusing as hecc.
When you look at the assets folder (aka where you put the poi toon and unity package), there will be another folder called love. Then go into the folders in this order.

Avi Stuff>Assets>PrefabInstance

You're then going to drag that file called prefab-id INTO the scene. Once you do that then you're going to go up where the avatar height error is and you will click that. Click it on the left and you should see a little screen of assets. Click the prefab-id and then it will be on the floor. That's okay we will fix that.
Get rid of the prefab-id you put into the scene and then rotate and drag the new avatar into position.
The last step is moving the eyesight exactly where you need this. On the right click what you just made and go to the left. On the left we will go down to View and under that there will be xyz things. On the right of there we are gonna click the button called Edit. This will move a little white ball (aka where your eyes are). Now, if it is not inbetween the eyes of the avatar and a little in front of the area between the eyes.

There you go! It seems complicated but super easy and just takes some time.

billiebunnie, at the end I did a typo. On the second to last sentence I said "Now, if it is not inbetween the eyes of the avatar and a little in front of the area between the eyes."
What I meant was if it is not inbetween the eyes and a little in front of that area then move it there. If it already is then don't do anything at all. I got a little distracted at the end LOL!

such a cute avi but when i try and open it, it doesn't work. it says missing height chart with missing prefabs. could anyone help?
