Bella_Love, omg thats very helpful...i have basic unity knowledge, BASIC. i do edits and retuexture on avatars playing this game since 3years. bit i dont do avatar creations so i have no clue about toggles. and i cant find any videos on yt about how to fix fx layers toggles.

Meggol, the toggles dont work because the fx layer that i have already addressed. im sorry but i dont make my avis public or else they get taken down.

wolldywolldy, you should be able to find the correct FX in the !Mirage folder, then into the 3.0 folder, AND THEN into the !Controller folder. It is labeled "! Mirage FX.controller". Hope this helps!
