buzzed, You have to remove a LOT of the special FX aka the particles. More outfits usually means more textures, so I would just pick a singular outfit and optimize it from there with MATCAP shaders.

For those having issues with the following; Attempted to load the data for an avatar we do not own, clearing blueprint ID - I deleted the wholesome folder, checked the blueprint to ensure it was empty, and added vrcfury to the project. This fixed it for me. As for the bottoms on the avatar being pink, you click on the bottoms, go to the inspector, and scroll down to where it shows the shader being used and you switch it to either another poiyomi shader, or choose Vrchat > Mobile > Toonlit (or standard lite).

I forgot to add, but under the hierarchy if you drop the arrow for the Gogo model there is a section at the very bottom that says Gogo Vrcfury, or something to that effect. Delete it BEFORE you try to add the vrcfury.

Mardo, you can switch over the shader in the pink material to the one you're using and it should fix the problem! Just might have to play about with the settings a lil <3
