    If your still interested or having issues its supposed to be the vrc SDK POIYOMI TOON then you need to add dynamic bones the dynamic bones will fix the missing scripts, in the builder when you see the yellow advisement to turn dynamic bones to Phys bones click auto fix and select yes on the pop up it will replace all dynamic bone scripts you just put with Phys bones and voila u should be able to upload.
