So I tried researching a little bit but only found the one image on Remys server. If I remember correctly, Kuso made the armor from scratch so it's not a game rip. It wasn't until both models were up for pre-order that they both went "Oh shxt, we fucked up" with all the comments saying they'll get in trouble. That's why the models were limited sales so they could get at least *some* money back for their hard work. And the legality side is that they can't make money off the suit, so that's why you had to either get the free armor and put it on yourself, or get a free version with suit with proof of purchase (only Remys).

They were scared and realized what they did, they're still apologizing over it.

*Added: Also not defending them but the other Spartans you see are custom armors or you pay someone for their work to put on already made armor (that is free to anyone btw). So there is a line that you can get away with.

AvatarsAreNotWorth40Dollars, It is, even in their own 'tos' document it states they wont do anything against the fair right of use law. The spartan community threatens creators because it interferes with their $300+ spartan commissions.. Most of them even admitted to that.

i kind of doubt it, its just the techsuit is almost an replica from game rips i've seen. one of their other models with armor credited cg trader the website. Just hopefully it isnt game armor none theless for the creator sake
