as i found out run gesture manger on the avatar before uploading completely it will not work it stick in tea pose that means this is a ripped model as i have the real model its not ripped and goes off tea pose

mal3v0l3nt, Thankyou for letting us know, I'm sure we all appreciate the thought at least! That definitely does explain the issue the package was having though since rips are known to totally mess with layers

Had no idea this model was ripped, I got it off my friend who said they won it in a giveaway the creator did. I had joined the server after i read all the comments saying it was ripped, turns out they didn't in fact win it in any giveaway. My sincerest apologies to everyone that was under the idea that this wasn't ripped. If I ever do get my hands on the actual model I will upload it, but as of now it is just the ripped version.

GothyOctavia, FoxMoonie, Heres my fix of it!
This version doesn't include: sps or the springjoint,
However, the toggles work and so does the mouth! I hope this is an adequate fix just for now as Ill keep trying to fix the original in the meantime!
I forgot to mention, please do let me know if you have any issues!! And whenever you open the package, there will be a folder labeled "!!!!!ASHE-!!!!CLICK ME!!!!!" And you can drag that prefab into the Hierarchy and upload that as normal <3

Kind of update- It could be a while since its something wrong with the fx layer and there's alot to look through and a bunch of things that could be causing it LOL Ill update as I figure more things out!

GothyOctavia, Unfortunately not yet, Its very odd since I cant find anything interfering with the blendshapes to not allow them to move, Ill update again when I can figure it out!Actually half update- its something to do with the fx layer so itll be a bit before I can narrow that down!

FoxMoonie, Ah bummer its possibly ripped, but thankyou for letting me know! I'll see what I can do on fixing the mouth! If I do I can link a fixed fbx here to overwrite the original, or give instructions on how to fix the visemes in unity depending on what the issue may be!

CrasheAshe, update, Her gestures do work, it seems to only be that her mouth doesn't move

CrasheAshe, she has the fbx, and she uploads fine, but she has no facial movements when you speak (just tested it on desktop, and haven't tested gestures yet) So I'm pretty sure it's ripped

Spongebobyeeee she's gonna be wayyy to big for me to quest optimize her, she ended up being around 40mb still, And I'm not skilled enough to get rid of a ton of things on her without probably messing up the avi. plus as I ssaid to Crash, she's probably ripped
