-Open the VRChat Creator Companion, and create a new avatar project (2022)
-VRCFury
-YOU NEED MODULAR AVATAR
- LILTOON and POI TOON (included in the package)
-Import the avatar unity package
-Click the scene or drag it into the hierarchy

So i found how to upload, idk about the quest but, you need liltoon and their poiyomi, you also need to include modular avatar when you create a project and it's done.
Do not exclude modular or it will create the error i had, enjoy :)
