Should I use Unity 2018 or 2019? And is it SDK 2 or 3?

A lot of errors, if anyone knows a fix would love to get some help it looks like a grat avatar, and would love to use it.

I also keep getting errors. I put her in a 2.0 and a 3.0. This site says she is 2.0 but the package says she is 3.0, so I tried both just incase. The 3.0 version gives me many errors, and the 2.0 only gives me 2. Most of them are about the SDK or "Shaderscripts", or something in the NameSpace does not exist. There is definitely something wrong here.
