hideoutbasement, this for anyone having the same problem just click assets and search shaders and get rid of the poi shaders it was the first file for me . i did that after having the same problen happen and it worked ^^

Make sure you have VRCFury and the poipro version in the unity package before you go to add the avatar into the project
