OogaBoogaWooga, I spent sometime looking into it previously for someone else having the same issue, I've yet to find a fix for it.
Although I think some others may have had more luck than me, ask around and good luck with the upload :')

BloodyRose, try adding a different avi into the ID letting the sdk load it then removing it, that often works when i have that issue

There's no blueprint ID in pipeline manager to begin with, so nothing to detach. Whenever I press upload it just says attempted to load data for an avatar we do not own etc. TickleWiggle,

    I was able to upload:

    1. Open VCC
    2. Added VRFury
    3. Clicked Open Me and deleted Riding Crop and Syringes like everyone else has said
    4. After deleting I went into textures and lowered reso from 4k to 2k, make sure you enable crunch compression, you can leave some normal map reso at 4k just turn on crunch compression, I only did around 3 normal maps at 4k reso, everything else is 2k or 1k. Using crunch compression helps a bunch..
    5. Upload if you have issues with blueprint i suggest you try deleting it or deattaching.
The project has poyomi and sps alreadyin it so you don't need to install, just make sure to install VRC FURY through vrc creator companion.

lainwired, check the texture sizes. some people use 4k texture res and it spikes the size of the avatar. Set them to 2k and that usually fixes that problem for me.

Was able to upload successfully. Steps were:
    1. Open VCC
    2. Added VRFury
    3. Used my own Poi 7-9 shaders
    4. Clicked Open Me and deleted Riding Crop and Syringes like everyone else has said and uploaded.
(If there is an Blueprint ID attached once you log into VRCSDK, just detach it. Mine did not have any.)

    Hope this helps.

I got mine to upload, it did say it was too big, so all I did was delete the riding crop and all the Syringes. worked for me.

SupernaturalCream, Noticed other people having the same issue, so I'm assuming it's the file itself. I haven't tried uploading it myself yet.

Something happen with Unity/VCC in an update or something? Avatars are like, 150-160mbs too big now. This is one out of a handful now.

OogaBoogaWooga, I had this issue with another avatar ^^ fixed it by rechecking that there's no other user's blueprint ID in Pipeline Manager before uploading

Try selecting your avatar in Unity’s hierarchy tab and clicking “Detach” in the “Pipeline Manager” script. (thanks VRC Fax lol)
