the hands are stuck in a weird position for quest but not pc, is there a fix for that?

does anybody know why the quest vrs isn't working? I have it for PC but wanted to upload the quest vrs as well and it keeps saying that certain elements are missing. if anyone else is having this problem or knows how to fix it, pls let me know! tyy <3

shes super cute but i hate how they insisted on having tummy n thigh physics over small booty physics (there are no physbones on the bootay for those who want that) like how the tatas are, sorry imo tummy n thigh physics are odd on every avatar. Thanks for the upload tho <3
