This avatar uses Poiyomi toon shader but does not require the package unless you would like to make shader edits.

this avatar does not include a Substance Painter file as the avatar was textured in blender/SAI on one color layer, Substance was only used for shadow generation.
A good method is to use the flat texture as a base fill layer when making edits in substance!
