Considering I have completely rebuilt avatars I would think I know how to use unity. That being said, importing this the materials are actually all fucked. They are literally all black and you have to redo the mats if you want to it look right. Don't talk down to people if you didn't actually import it and look at it yourself.

avatar works just fine, learn how to use unity before you try.

This one didn't include a scene. Only prefab and FBX. The prefab is the completed avatar. FBX is for if you want to take it into blender.

i dont see the 'click me' like de ready model is it miss in the package ?

Yes, I noticed they were a bit different. I'm not entirely sure which shader was initially used for the avatar.
