the one in hierarchy isnt the main model to use it find the prefab inthe folder and put that in the place the "open me" isnt a 2nd version of the same model with that issue hopefully it helps? just add VRC avaar descriptor and auto detect mouth and set vrc fury up on the side for Tpose ETC sNySewer,
