Updated FBX Files with optimal Finger Muscles settings, fixing various issues with SteamVR Skeletal Input in the latest VRChat Update.
Included FBX Importer .preset file for use as future reference.
Unity Constraints have been replaced to favor the newly-introduced VRC Constraints instead. This will require SDK v3.7.0.
Updated Materials to use Poiyomi Toon v9.0.57.
Readjusted all Texture Import settings.
Turned off Crunch Compression as there's no real benefit of using it.
Mipmap Filtering switched from Box to use Kaiser, as recommended by the latest VRChat SDK.
Textures currently set to 4096 were reduced to 2048 and set to High Quality compression, reducing total VRAM Consumption to 38 MB
