Use Creator Companion.
Use Unity 2022.
Add VRCFury to Creator Companion and project: https://vrcfury.com/download
Import Poiyomi 7.3.5/8.1.141 (minimum version, higher versions are fine) before importing the avatar package.
Import the avatar package into Unity.
Drag the "DRAG ME" file from the assets folder into the hierarchy.
Upload the avatar with the VRC SDK.
